OUR HISTORY

Founded in November 2023, the Youth Surgical Alliance (YSA) is an international medical-focused organization dedicated to igniting curiosity and passion for surgical healthcare among high school, undergraduate, and medical students. Our goal is to provide a platform whereby students will be exposed to the field of surgery, be able to develop their skills and knowledge, and connect with other passionate young minds.

We believe that the future of medicine is in the hands of the youth at YSA. Furthermore, much more than offering careers to students, we want a community of surgeons, innovators, and truly compassionate health professionals who can make changes to the world of medicine.

Mission STATEMENT
